The new Kempsville Recreation Center is a 87,116 square foot state-of-the-art facility featuring a large cardio and weight room, group fitness studio, indoo. Fire suppression services include a new fire pump and a sprinkler system to ensure sufficient water pressure is available at the upper portion of the gym roof and natatorium. The plumbing design services include a new plumbing system that includes energy saving features such as preheat of domestic hot water and heating of the pool water with the geothermal heat recovery chiller system.
